Story
It's that time of the year again folks. Everyone to meet at the Market Place, Durham City approx 11:00 25/09/22 Sunday for a sponsored walk (about 6.5 miles) fancy dress optional. We will leave the Market Place and proceed from there up to the Cathedral then onto the Riverbanks walking up to the Rose Tree public house at Shincliffe (where we may stop for a sociable drink). We will then walk back down the other side of the Riverbank back into the City centre. The walk should take approx 2.5 hours and we will hopefully have collection tins for any donations from the public. PS route may change due to weather conditions etc.Updates

1st August 2023Thank you very much to all the walkers, sponsors, online donations and the people who donated in the Durham City street collection. You raised a magnificent total of £2,766.25 which goes to helps the sufferer's of MND and also to find a cure for this terrible disease.
It was a magnificent day once again and Dot would be over the moon to think this has been raised in her memory.
Once again folks I would like to thank you for your generosity, kindness and hard work in attaining this magnificent total.
