Happy Christmas my gorgeous Dot
Another Christmas has passed without you. I can’t believe it’s nearly seven years since I saw your beautiful face.
I’ve just got back from a cruise around the Canary Islands on the MSC Opera. I had a great time with a nice group of people. The weather wasn’t great, we had a couple of days of sunshine, rain and then it was overcast.
I’ve been to our Anne and Davids for my dinner, which was fantastic as always. Catherine, Steven and baby Jude came as well. Jude was as good as gold.
I am off to the match tomorrow we’re playing Aston Villa so it should be a good game. Fingers crossed we can get 3 points but we don’t have a good record on Boxing Day.
Debra said she was working over Christmas and she would get in touch for a visit when she is off.
I will get in touch with Michael and Alan for a meet up later in the week.
I miss you every single day Dot and love and miss you forever and ever and always.

Your walk went great last Sunday again despite the weather. I counted at least 52 of us including your Debra, Alan and Debbie. The street collection didn’t do great (I’m counting it with Tracey from the Stag’s today) as we were the only daft sods out 🤣
Then about 32 of us had our dinners back in the Stag’s. The meal and sweet was beautiful, you would have loved it. Tracey has dedicated all the money they took on the sweets for your MND fund.
Not much happening this weekend, I was going to go up to Stanhope again like last year but it has been cancelled as a few of them has dropped out. I might go down Durham on Saturday and watch the Newcastle game on Sunday. You’ll be pleased to know Sunderland have got off to a great start winning all their matches and are top of the league. Of course all their goals should have been given offside 🤣

Happy 10th Wedding Anniversary Dot
What a fantastic day and lovely memories. You made me the proudest man in the world that day, you looked absolutely amazing and we had such fun with Elvis 🤣🤣.
I’ll be watching our wedding video today and listening to the preacher who was also great. It’s also Julie & Dave and Laura & Mark’s (from Oxford) wedding anniversary’s today as well.
